If fluorescent-lit cubicles suck your soul dry, these coworking spaces in Asia will make working a joyful experience again. Hell, they may just make you skip out of your own vacation so you can bask in the glory of their designer interiors.

The Great Room, Singapore

Thanks to design studio Hassell, The Great Room feels less like a coworking space, and more like a lobby of a plush hotel. 

Members are treated to "turn-down services" at the end of each day, where those working late are given cookies. And if that's not enough to get the creative juices running, there's even free breakfast with the Monday Breakfast Club.

Dojo, Bali

Bali isn't just the dream destination for holidaymakers. It is now also the place for entrepreneurs who want to run their businesses a few steps away from a beach. 

Dojo Bali, located in Canggu, has a swimming pool, is a minute's walk from Echo Beach, and is neighbours with Nalu Bowls, which is famous for its acai bowls.

Oneday Forward, Bangkok

Oneday Forward is part of a hostel connected to a cafe, so that means you can pop back into your room for a nap or go for a quick bite next door. 

The wood and brick interior is decorated with vintage table lamps and whimsical table plants so you feel more like you're studying in a peaceful library, not rushing to respond to investor emails.

The Loft, Hong Kong

Looking more like a Muji cafe than a coworking space, The Loft in Kowloon brings wide open spaces, blonde wood worktops, steel-framed doorways, and pendant lights.

C.A.M.P., Chiang Mai

C.A.M.P.'s name stands for "creative and meeting place". Brightly lit, the interior is a funky mix of wooden furniture and steel accents. It's located in Maya Mall and open 24/7. 

Impressively, it's free to use but you'll have to pay for the Internet connection. You can also purchase food and drinks from the in-house café.

Naked Hub, Shanghai

Whether at its Nanjing Lu or at Xintiandi locations, all of Naked Hub's outlets have prioritised tasteful furnishing and decorations. 

At the Xintiandi location, the interior combines elements of Shanghai's traditional Shikumen architecture with an inspired mix 'n' match of animal prints and earthy colours.
