Monarch Parksuites, a development of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc., is an ideal investment. Located in the middle of the country's newest tourism capital, the development promises good returns and puts the residents at the center of a booming commercial district.

Situated in between the Bay City and the up and coming Entertainment City, Monarch Parksuites allows residents to be within walking distance to the establishments of PAGCOR Entertainment City and the SM Mall of Asia Complex.

The PAGCOR Entertainment City is expected to play a role in redefining the reputation of Metro Manila in the global arena, making the Philippines a premiere tourism destination. Four locators were awarded the franchise to operate gaming and resort facilities in the 110-hectare complex. The first one to open to the public is Solaire Resort and Casino. Other locators which will soon rise are: Resorts World Bayshore, Manila Bay Resorts, and Belle Grand Manila Bay.

Indeed, the Entertainment City is the country's most ambitious tourism project and will soon be the Philippines' strongest commercial district. Around 250,000 people will be working within the area in the next five years, and about 10 percent of that number will be foreign nationals.

The SM Mall of Asia Complex, on the other hand, is a 407,000 sqm mall that raised the standards of shopping, leisure, and entertainment in the Philippines. Inside, one can find convention halls such as the SMX Convention Center and Mall of Asia Arena. Several office buildings can also be found such as the One and Two E-Com Offices, the A Place Corporate Office,  K Line Corporate Office, and the SM Group Corporate Offices.

And if being at the center of activity and the city's bright lights is not your cup of tea, you can opt to stay within the calm surroundings of Aseana City where the development is located. Though situated near the action, it maintains a fully integrated green city with many open lawns, jogging tracks, and views of Manila Bay. Carefully zoned to provide services and products to fit all lifestyles, it houses institutions like the Department of Foreign Affairs, the soon-to-rise Embassy of Qatar and the ultra-modern Marina & Yacht Club.

Monarch Parksuites is also just minutes away to schools, government offices, and transportation facilities, including British International School and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Inside, Monarch Parksuites has facilities and amenities that compete with the excitement of its location.

Its amenities cover an area of over 8,000 sqm. It has an Olympic-sized pool, a gourmet dining suite, media room, gym, billiards room, and reading room. Outdoors, it has a tennis court, basketball court, landscaped parterre, sunken garden, barbecue deck, and children's play area.
